If there can only be one, why does it have to be Christopher Lambert?

No, I’m fairly certain that it’s Monica Bellucci, although, if there could be two ones then the other one would be Aishwarya Rai.

Actually, the fact that Monica Bellucci is part of a long line of Immortals, competing with one another down the ages in the relentless pursuit of mortality, the ability to bear children, and a telepathic gift that means all men’s thoughts are yours to know would explain the fact that she hasn’t aged at all since Francis Ford Coppola’s Bram Stoker’s Dracula.
Either that, or she has a portrait in her attic.
And I’d be quite happy for Jet Li to be the one and only, but that was a misnomer—even granted that the evil Jet managed to whittle down the competition, they still ended up with two of him. I enjoyed that film, though—it was daft but fun, and more complicated than it looked. (And I don’t think Nick’s recovered to this day from alternative-world Carla Gugino in the purple-leather corset.)
